5 boneless pork chops, pounded thin
1 ½ c panko breadcrumbs
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
½ c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Season the panko breadcrumbs with salt, pepper and garlic powder to your taste
2) Put the oil into a skillet and heat to medium temperature.
3) Coat both sides of the pork in the panko mixture.
4) Pan fry the pork (one at a time), cooking for approximately 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked all the way through. Thermometer should read 145º at thickest part of pork cutlet. Serve.
