2 sheets of puff pastry (thawed)
guava paste
confectioners sugar to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Then lay the sheets of puff pastry and roll lightly. Using a pizza cutter, cut each sheet into 9 (3x3) equal sized squares. After that, cut the guava paste block in 9 slices and place one slice on each puff pastry square. Place another puff pastry square on top of the guava paste and press lightly. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Once done, allow them to cool for 10 minutes then sprinkle with confectioners sugar and enjoy!
