Nonstick aluminum foil
4 slices thick-cut bacon
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup honey
1 (12 oz) bag sweet apple slices
1 quart vanilla ice cream
8 waffle bowls
1/2 cup praline pecans, divided (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Arrange bacon on sheet (wash hands); bake 15 minutes. Combine sugar, pie spice, and honey in large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until sugar dissolves.
2. Drain fat from bacon. Drizzle 1 teaspoon sugar mixture onto each bacon slice. Add apples to remaining sugar mixture and toss to coat. Arrange apples on baking sheet with bacon. Bake 10-12 minutes until apples soften and bacon coating is candied. Let stand to cool.
3. Chop bacon. Divide ice cream among waffle bowls; top with bacon, apples, and pecans, if using.
