4 tbsp butter
2 medium yellow onions, rough chopped
2 carrots, rough chopped
2 stalks celery, rough chopped
3 large potatoes, pealed & cubed
2 cups clam juice
1 bay leaf
2 tsp dried thyme
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 ½-2 lbs fish/seafood (chef’s choice)
1 small can of corn
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup cream/half-n-half
¼ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and sauté onions, carrots, and celery to soften (about 3 minutes). Boil potatoes to soften (approximately 10 minutes). Add all ingredients except cream/half-n-half and flour to pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in cream/half-n-half and flour to thicken.
