Ingredients:

1 Large (3 lb) Chuck Roast. (We use chuck roast because of its tenderness)
1/2 yellow onion.
1 beer
avocado oil or butter for searing
2 T beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a cast-iron pan or a regular pan on high heat to sear all sides of the roast. Cut the roast into approx 3 or so pieces and season. (We use ©Kinders Cowboy Butter and Carmelized Onion Butter). Add avocado oil or butter to the pan and sear the roast. While the roast is searing, add beer (We use ©Michelob Ultra Organic beer), onion, and beef bouillon to the crockpot. Once the roast is done, sear it and add it to the crock pot, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
