2 lbs steak, cubed, sirloin or your favorite cut
2 lbs red potatoes cut into bite size pieces
1 Green and red pepper sliced into strips
1 onion cut in wedges
6 Tbsp salted butter, softened
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic or fresh minced garlic
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 sprigs rosemary, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Par cook the bite size potatoes by adding them to boiling water for 5 minutes, you want them to be a bit hard but turning tender.

Sauté the onion and pepper lightly with olive oil.

In a small bowl, whisk together butter, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.

Lay out 4 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil, approximately 14x18 each. Divide the meat among the foil. Add the potatoes on top of the beef.
Place the onion and peppers over the potatoes.
Divide the flavoring evenly over the foil packets.
Lay a sprig of rosemary across the top and wrap up packets tightly.

Preheat oven o 375º. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes. Or
Grill at 400º 15-20 minutes
If you want the beef to be well done cook an extra 5-7 minutes.

You can add any vegetable you like. If you add carrots or root vegetables you should par cook them a bit first.
