Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
8 oz package of mushrooms
1 large or 2 small zucchini
1 bell pepper (we prefer the yellow or orange ones)
16 oz crushed tomatoes
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T + 1 t beef bullion
3 T tomato paste
parmesan cheese for topping, optional
red pepper flakes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Chop mushrooms, zucchini, and peppers into bite-sized pieces and set aside. In a skillet on medium heat, start to brown the hamburger and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. When the hamburger is halfway cooked, add mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes. If you like your zucchini and peppers cooked more, add them at the same time as the mushrooms. If you like your zucchini and peppers with a little more firmness, add those 3-5 minutes after mushrooms. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, then add crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and beef bouillon and stir in. Then add tomato paste and stir it in. Cover and let simmer on medium-low for 15 minutes or until the desired softness of the veggies. Serve topped with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
