3 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
12 ounces feta cheese, diced or crumbled
1 small red onion, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
3 Tbl. white wine vinegar
2 Tbl. fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbl. fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

This is great when the garden runneth-over with cherry tomatoes. Who says a salad needs greens? I've also used champagne vinegar when I ran out of white wine vinegar.
