1 ½ cups Jiffy Mix or Bisquick
½ cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. almond extract

Use and 8 or 9 inch round cake pan

Mix the Jiffy mix and sugar together. Then add the shortening, milk, egg, and extracts.

Optional: add blueberries, peaches, and/or walnuts
