1 Cup crushed corn flakes cereal

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup low fat buttermilk

1 pound chicken tenders

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip top plastic bag. Pour buttermilk into a shallow dish; dip chicken into butter milk. Transfer chicken to plastic bag; seal bag, and shake until chicken is coated.
Place chicken on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Coat chicken strips with cooking spray also. Bake uncovered at 400º for about 19 minutes or until chiken is done.
