8-10 chicken thighs or 4 chicken breast
10 oz Russian Dressing
9 oz apricot preserves
1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. With a fork poke lots of holes into the chicken. Add chicken to a .9x13 baking dish. Mix together the 3 ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes.
