2 cups chopped chicken
1 8oz. package creme cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 4.5 oz. canned diced chilies
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack
10 (6 inch) corn tortillas
Sauce:
1 (4.5 oz.) canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
½ cup whipping cream

Toppings: sour cream and lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 1st 6 ingredients plus 1 cup cheese
Heat tortillas
⅓ cup mix in each tortilla
Place in dish
Cook sauce for 10 minutes and Pour over stuffed tortillas then top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
