2.5 lbs Ground Turkey (could use chicken or beef)
2 lbs. Pork sausage
2 T. Fresh Oregano
2 T. Fresh Chives
3 tsp. Fresh Italian Parsley
1 T. Fresh Thyme
1/4 C. Milk
3 Eggs
1/2 T. Garlic Powder
1/2 T. Onion Powder
1/2 T. Salt
1/2 T. Pepper
1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 C. Panko Bread Crumbs

Note: You can use dried herbs, but cut the measurement in half

Preheat oven to 350º
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Make sure you do not over-mix as the meatballs will become tough.
Using a cookie scoop (approx 2 T.), scoop heaping balls onto a cookie sheet
Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165º

Note: This makes a large batch of meatballs, so you can cut in 1/2 if needed
