2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 C. Flour
2 Eggs
3 T. Water
2 C. Panko Bread Crumbs
1 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
SPG seasoning blend
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken in 1/2 lengthwise and pound out flat
In 3 separate dishes, add flour to one, egg and water to the second, and Parmesan and panko to the third.
Season each pan liberally with SPG and Italian seasoning (approximately 1-2 tablespoons of each per pan).
Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, and coat thoroughly in Panko
Cook the chicken in a pan with your preferred oil (we use beef tallow or avocado oil), approximately 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, until golden brown and the internal temperature reads 165°F.

Serve topped with a Caesar salad or by itself. It's very versatile.
