Marinade:
1 C. İCoke Zero
2 T. İTruvia Brown Sugar

For cooking Pork:
3 lbs. Pork Loin
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Chili Powder
2 T. İTruvia Brown Sugar
1 C. İCoke Zero

Finishing Pork:
1 C. İCoke Zero
4 oz. Can Diced Green Chilis
10 oz. Red Enchilada Sauce
1/4 C Truvia Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add pork to a zip lock with Coke, sugar, and Marinade, and marinate for a minimum of 4 hours (recommend overnight.)
Remove pork from the marinade and add to a crockpot with seasonings, sugar, and Coke.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8.
Remove the Pork from the crockpot and shred. Drain the cooking liquid.
In a blender, combine Coke, green chilis, brown sugar, and enchilada sauce. Blend until smooth.
Add pork and blended mixture back to crock pot and cook for an additional 1-2 hours until hot and desired thickness is reached.
