4 cups Chicken Stock
6 cups Broccoli Florets
2 cups Half & Half
4 cups Cheddar Cheese
1.5 cups Parmesan Cheese
1 T Chicken Bouillon
SPG to taste
1/4 cup Corn Starch
1/4 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Pressure cook broccoli and chicken stock for 15 minutes. Once the high pressure is released on the Instant Pot, turn to saute and add half & half and bring to a boil. Once a boil is achieved, mix the corn starch and water, then add it to let it thicken. Once thickened, stir in cheese, melt, and serve.
