3 Cups tomato, seeded and diced

1/2 coup diced purple onion

3 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro

3 TBSP Fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.

Cooking secret:
Seeding the tomatoes prevents the salsa brom being watery. To seed a tomato, cut it in half horizontally and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
