Sauce:
1 cup Alfredo sauce
2 TBL minced garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1 TBL dried onion
1/2 tsp chicken stock base

Rice:
3 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups uncooked rice
1/2 cook cooked crumbled bacon
1 cup sliced mushrooms
10 pearl onions (or 1/2 cup diced onion)

Peas:
1 Cup Alfredo sauce
1/3 cup green peas
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients in skillet. Add 4 cups water. Bring to boil. Add rice ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes until rice is tender. Stir in pea mixture until combined and hot. Stir in sliced almonds before serving.

Can substitute 4 cups chicken broth for chicken stock base and water.
