16 oz Dales Steak Sauce
16 oz Zesty Italian Dressing
Deer meat (preferably 2 tenderloins or backstrap)
1 pack bacon
Sliced jalepenos or banana peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into bite size pieces. Combine Dale's and Italian
dressing and marinate meat minimum of 2 hours. Can marinate
overnight. Slice bacon into thirds. Wrap one piece of meat and
one sliced pepper w/ bacon and secure with toothpick. Grill over
medium heat until bacon is done. Easiest if grilled in a fish basket.
