Pork Belly Strips
Brown Sugar
Kosher Salt
Parchment Paper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Wash strips and then pat dry
Lay flat on baking sheet with parchment paper
Spoon brown sugar on strips and press in so they’re covered well
Sprinkle a generous amount of salt to strips and press in
Flip strips and repeat on other side
Once oven is preheated, set on middle rack for 20 minutes.
Flip strips over and set for another 20 minutes.
Strips should look browned and glazed.
Let cool and enjoy!

I kept seeing recipes on how to make and cure your own bacon but I wasn’t interested in that three day process. I just baked them as is and Devin and I loved them.
