5 large eggs
1˝ cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest (about 1 lemon)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon limoncello
1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
˝ cup salted butter, melted and cooled slightly
Sprinkle on powdered sugar if desired
