2 pounds ground sirloin
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
Gravy
4 Tablespoons onion minced
2 Tablespoons butter
2 cups beef broth
4 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons cornstarch

For the meatloaf:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients & mix well.
 Shape into an 8" x 4" pan. Bake on the center rack for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Meat should be well done with no traces of pink. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

For the gravy:
To a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the onions and cook and stir until tender.
 Add in the beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 Make a slurry by adding the water and cornstarch to a small bowl and mixing together with a fork. 
Pour the slurry into the saucepan and cook for 1 minute or until thickened. 
Pour into a gravy boat & serve. Makes 2 cups.

I used 1 lb. ground beef and 6 Tablespoons breadcrumbs. All other ingredients remained the same.
