3-4 bunches of collard greens
7-8 slices bacon
smoked paprika to taste
1 onion diced
2 cloves of garlic diced
red pepper flakes
1-2 bottles chicken stock
white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and fry bacon. Add onions and garlic and caramelize; add chicken stock to deglaze.Wash and chop up greens and removing the big stems. Add greens to bacon onion mixture and simmer for 3-6 hours. Add vinegar, red pepper, and paprika to taste.
