Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (8-oz) wheel of brie cheese
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 large apple, peel, core, slice thin (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup pecans, toasted and roughly chop
1 Tbsp honey (opt)
Fresh thyme (opt, garnish)
Crackers, sliced baguette, or crostini (serving)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°. Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small, oven-safe dish.
Caramelize the apples: In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apple slices, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.
Bake the brie: While the apples are caramelizing, place the brie in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty in the center but still holds its shape. Be careful not to overbake or the brie may ooze out too much.
Top the brie: Remove the brie from the oven and carefully transfer it to a serving plate. Spoon the caramelized apples over the top, followed by the toasted pecans. Drizzle with honey, if using, and garnish with fresh thyme for an extra touch of flavor.
Serve: Serve the baked brie warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or crostini for dipping. Enjoy immediately!
