9 Frozen biscuits
2 TBL butter
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
6 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup grated cheddar
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Bake biscuits according to package directions and set aside. Place butter and onion in lightly greased 9 inch square pan. Bake 425 for 7-8 minutes. Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper. Pour into onion mixture. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake 12 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve in biscuits. Note: recipe can be doubled - bake in 10X15 pan. Can freeze and reheat in microwave.
