1/3 cup sugar
2 TBL oil
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 cup add-ins - chocolate chips or blueberries

Mix all ingredients. Bake 400 for 15-18 minutes.

This is the recipe I use most often for fresh blueberry muffins. If using frozen blueberries, just rinse with water and add. No need to thaw first.
