1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1¼ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup sour cream
½ tsp vanilla

Topping:
½ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 TBL sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Stir in Vanilla. Combine topping ingredients in separate bowl. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 of topping mixture. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle with rest of topping. Bake 350 for 1 hour until toothpick comes clean. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan.
