8 ozs Cheddar Cheese, gratted
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, gratted
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Gr Onions, sliced thin
2 green onions, chopped Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tbs Paprika, smoked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 *and lightly grease a muffin tins sprayed with oil
In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chedo cheese, Parmesan, eggs, milk, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix well smooth and creamy.
Spoon the potato mixture into the prepared muffin tins filling each cup about three-quarters full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown
