3 small boxes Strawberry Jello
1-2 jars Red crystal sugar
Slivered almonds
Green food coloring

Directions:
Mix sweetened condensed milk, coconut and pecans together. Add the dry strawberry Jello. Refrigerate mixture after well mixed. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for 48 hours. Remove your strawberry mixture and using at least a teaspoon full of the mixture form into a strawberry shape. Roll the strawberry in the red crystal sugar multiple times to coat well. Pour the slivered almonds into a sandwich bag, add the green food coloring. Shake the bag until the almond slivers are all green. Pour almond slivers out on dish and let them dry. After almonds are dried place a green slivered almond into the strawberry shaped candy. This green sliver is the stem of the strawberry. Store strawberries in the refrigerator. I used a glass apothecary jar with lid. They were very pretty and delicious.
