3 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
3 c. seeded chopped jalapenos
1 c. chopped onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. minced cilantro
2 t. oregano
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cumin
1 c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching. Pour into jars and process for 15 mins.

Note: I used no more than 3 cups of peppers. I also doubled the tomatoes. (6 c.)
