2 garlic cloves
3/4 c. onion
2 c. green peppers (1-4)
1 c. hot peppers (5 jalapenos)
6 c. roma tomatoes (15-20)
2 t. cumin
1/2 t. dried cilantro or 2 T. fresh
1 t. dried oregano or 1 T. fresh
1 1/2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 oz. can tomato past

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. Stir occasionally. Pour into jars and process for 15 mins.

If you want to chop and mix everything and not boil. Fill jars with salsa and process for 35 min for pints and 40 mins for quarts.

Makes 6 pints.
