1 1/2 c. finely chopped & seeded red bell peppers
1 c. finely chopped & seeded yellow bell peppers
1 1/2 c. finely chopped jalapeno peppers (optional seeded) (10-12)
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1.75 oz. package powdered pectin
5 c. sugar
6- 8 oz canning jars

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped peppers in sauce pan.

Mix vinegar and pectin and add to peppers.

Stirring constantly bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat.

Add sugar and place back on high heat. Return to rolling boil for one minute.

Remove from heat and skim off foam.

Fill jars. Process for 5 mins.

Before tasting let set for 24 hours for flavor to set in.
