6 ears fresh corn on the cob with shuck
Butter (melted)
2 limes
La Crema (mexican sour cream)
Cotiga (mexican parmesan cheese)
Chopped fresh cilantro
Chili Powder
Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel back shuck from corn and tie to make a handle.
On a hot grill, roast corn turning to heat each side.
Remove to warm platter and sprinkle with melted butter. Turn to coat all sides.
In a small bowl, combine some La Crema, Cotija, lime juice and chili powder. Heat and pour over warm corn. Top with chopped cilantro, Cotija and sprinkle of chili powder. Finish off with a spritz of fresh lime accross all corn and shakes of hot sauce to taste.
