1 c apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
3/4 C canola oil
1 3/4 C sugar
1/2 T salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp each mustard seed, celery seed and garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Store covered in a jar and shake regularly until sugar is dissolved.
This takes days.
Store in refrigerator.

Mix as needed with cole slaw vegetables and serve.

MEA NOTE: This recipe makes enough for 4 bags of coleslaw plus 1/4 red cabbage shredded and one peeled and shredded carrot. That combination serves a few dozen people.
