1 large package lime Jello (2/3 C bulk)
1 1/2 C boiling water
2-2 1/2 C cucumbers, may use skins if nice and fresh
1/4 c onion
1 garlic clove
8 oz pkg soft cream cheese, softened
1/2 C mayonnaise
Pinch of salt
Dill weed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water and stir, set aside to cool.
In blender or food processer, mix the remaining ingredients.
If using blender add Jello mixture and blend.
If using food processor add half the jello and mix then pour contents into bowl with remainder of Jello and whisk until blended.
Pour into bowl or into individual serving containers; refrigerate and set.

I use a whole cucumber.
I have used garlic scapes instead of garlic. Use 3-5.
