1 c wild rice
4 c. beef broth
2 c. carrots, sliced thin and on diagonal
3 stalks celery
large onion diced
4 cloves garlic
Butter
Wondra
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c mustard
1 tbsp. worchestire

2 c. chopped grilled meat - beef or chicken, or left over prime rib
Salt and pepper to taste

Make wild rice according to package directions. Best to use a broth for the rice water. Make mirepoix. Make roux like base.

Add in all ingredients and let simmer. Bring to desired consistency with broth
