3 egg yolks, beaten
3 T water
3 T vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 C whipping cream, whipped
3 C miniature marshmallows
2 C halved green grapes
20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
10 oz maraschino cherries, drained and sliced
1 C chopped pecans
3 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine egg yolks, water, vinegar and salt.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and 160 degrees.
Remove from heat and fold in whipped cream.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, add dressing and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
