Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour

Add all ingredients in above order, mixing well. dough should be stiff. Roll out. Bake on lefsa grill at 450 degrees until small brown spots appear. Finish in oven at 300 for 2-3 minutes and cut into squares with a pizza cutter.
