3 T Flour
½ C Brown Sugar
¼ tsp. salt
5-6 pork chops
¼ C soy sauce
⅓ C vinegar
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, brown sugar and salt. Roll pork chops in mixture. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, onion green pepper. Pour over pork chops. Cover with wax paper. Bake 25-30 minutes
