MARINADE:
1 tbsp. honey
¼ c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. turmeric
½ tsp. chili powder
3 Chicken breasts (cut into strips)

SATAY SAUCE:
1 tbsp. oil
1 small finely chopped onion
½ c. crunchy or plain peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
½ c. coconut cream
2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce

MARINADE:
1) Combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder in a glass (non-metallic) bowl tp create marinade

2) Thread chicken lengthwise onto soaked wooden skewers

3) Place skewers of chicken in the marinade

4) Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight)

SATAY SAUCE:
1) Cook small finely chopped onion in oil until softened

2) Stir in peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut cream, and sweet chili sauce

3) Cook gently util smooth and heated through

4) Place skeweres on a preheated gril and ocok 5-7 minutes OR cook in the oven 6-8 minutes per side.

5) Add sauce (drizzle or for dipping) and enjoy!
