2 lb. shrimp, peeled
½ cup onion, fine diced
½ cup butter, melted
½-1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2T. flour
1 t. salt
Black pepper
2-3 cups sour cream
¼ cup sherry


Directions:
Directions:
Sauté shrimp with onions in butter until shrimp are barely pink. Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add sour cream and cook gently until thick. Remove from heat and stir in sherry. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
