4 Chicken Breast, skinless, bonned
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Ketsup
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1 tsp Ginger, gratted
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup Cornstarch
Green Onions for garnish

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup cornstarch
Green onions for garnish
structions:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry and stir into the crockpot to thicken add chicken the sauce.
Serve over rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
