1 package of lady fingers (I get mine on Amazon)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy cream
8 oz mascarpone cheese
⅓ cup of sugar
1 ½ cups of cold coffee
3 tbsp Kahlua (optional)
Coco powder for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
In a 8X8 baking dish, dip the lady fingers in the coffee/Kahlua mixture and place in a single layer.

In a medium - large mixing bowl, place heavy cream slowly add in the sugar and vanilla until the mixture is stiff. Slowly mix in the mascarpone cheese.

Smooth half of the mixture on the layer of lady fingers, dust with coco powder. Next dip the remaining lady fingers in the coffee/Kahlua mixture and layer on top, finally add in the remaining mixture and covering with coco powder.

Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours prior to serving.
