Spirit Filled Pumpkin Bars Recipe

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 dashes nutmeg


1 small package cream cheese
1/2 c. butter, or less
1 1/2 - 2 c. powdered sugar
very small amount of milk

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Mix together frosting and spread onto cooled cake. Decorate with candy corns or little pumpkins.
