1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Score both sides of flank steak so it looks like diamonds.
Put in plastic bag with a bottle of Catalina dressing (yes, really!)
Marinade overnight or 24 hours.
Remove and grill on hot grill, about 10 minutes a side for medium rare. Steak should be brown on both sides.

My good friend, Annie Hill, has made this several times when we've gotten together and it's very good! And couldn't possibly be easier. If Catalina is too sweet for you, try it with another spicy, non-creamy dressing.
