Oysters
Butter
Tobasco
Garlic
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Shock live oysters and remove from shell completely.
2. Rinse in fresh water and place oysters back in the half shell.
3. Add a dollop of butter, a dash or two of tobasco, garlic and season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill until oyster is firm, but not overcooked.
