Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 C. Chicken Stock
16 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
1 Garlic Herb Boursin Cheese
1 Shallot Chive Boursin Cheese
1 lb. Ground turkey, chicken, or beef
1 lb. Italian Sausage
2 T. Minced Garlic
1 Shallot minced
1 lb. Ditalini pasta, small elbow, will also work
Salt and Pepper to taste
Italian season blend

Optional toppings
red pepper flakes
parmesan cheese
fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
In a stock pot, saute shallot & garlic for 2-3 minutes
Add Sausage and ground meat, and season to taste - we add SPG and some Italian blend. Brown until done.
Add Boursin to the ground meat and mix until well combined.
Add tomatoes and stock and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

In a separate pan, prepare the pasta as directed on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Spoon the desired amount of pasta into a bowl and add the soup.

Note: You can cook the pasta in the soup, but this will soak up a lot of the soup and become mushy for leftovers, so we choose to keep it separate.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
In place of the two Boursin cheeses, you could use one block of cream cheese.
