Ingredients:
2 - Garlic Herb Boursin Cheese©
1/2 Block Cream Cheese
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
7-8 Kielbasa Sausage sliced
1 lb Pasta of Choice
1 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 C. Chicken Stock
3/4 C. Pasta Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Add Boursin©, Cream Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, & Sausage to a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, Italian Seasoning, salt & pepper to taste. Bake until cherry tomatoes burst and cheese is soft, approx. 20-30 minutes.

In a separate pan, prepare pasta as directed, leaving it a little underdone, as you will finish it in the oven. Remember to save your pasta water when straining.

Add pasta water, chicken stock, Parmesan, & pasta to the pan with the boursin mixture. Stir until well combined, top with additional Parmesan and bake until warm and bubbly (approx 15-20 minutes)

Note: You can use any protein in this dish, such as rotisserie chicken or shrimp. If using chicken, add cooked chicken at the end when mixing the pasta. With Shrimp, add raw at the last 10 minutes of cooking in the oven.
