1/2 Block of Firm Tofu
1 1/2c Plant Based Milk
Juice of 1 Lemon medium
1c Nutritional Yeast
1 1/2T Onion Powder
1 1/2T Garlic Powder
1t Turmeric
1t Sea Salt
3/4t Smoked Hungarian Paprika
1/4c Tapioca Starch
2T Kappa Carrageenan

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except tapioca starch and kappa carrageenan to a blender. Use only 1/2 lemon juice to start. Blend until completely smooth! This is very important!!!!
Now add the Tapioca starch and kappa carrageenan blend again to extremely smooth!!!
Pour into a sauce pan and heat on medium high heat stirring with a spatula constantly! It will get curdly. That’s normal keep stirring until it becomes smooth again and shiny and pulls away from sides. Pour into glass molds and cover.
Refrigerate minimum 4 hours. Should be hard to the touch before using.
