1c Raw Cashews boiled for 10 minutes drained and rinsed
1T Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2T Nutritional Yeast
2T White Miso Paste
1/4t Sea Salt
1/2c Vegetable Stock

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until very smooth. Line 2 oven safe ramekins 3x2 1/2 with parchment paper. Rubber band the parchment paper to ramekins. Divide Brie between ramekins. Remove rubber bands and bake 30 minutes. Remove and let cool. Chill over night in refrigerator.
